Alpha Equestrian | Horse-Back Outride Including a Glass of Wine for Two with Alpha Equestrian

  • Choice of morning or afternoon ride – Monday to Sunday (10h00 or 13h00).
  • Cancellation policy:
    Once booking has been made with Alpha Equestrian, if for whatever reason, the voucher holder/s can
    no longer make the allocated time for the outride, a minimum of 24 hours notice must be given. Any
    notice less than 24 hours and the voucher is forfeited.
    If notice is given 24 hours or more before the ride, then Alpha Equestrian permits the outride to be
    rescheduled to a date and time that suits both the voucher holder/s and Alpha Equestrian.
    If there is such a time whereby Alpha Equestrian needs to cancel the outride for whatever reason, a
    minimum of 24 hours notice will be given, and a rescheduled time and date will be organized. Due to
    weather being out of Alpha Equestrian’s control, rides will not be cancelled if it is raining. However if
    Alpha Equestrian deems the weather/environment to be unsafe for horse riding, a reschedule will be
    organized.
    If the voucher holder is a no-show, the voucher is forfeited.
    Due to subsequent outrides/lessons, should the voucher holder/s be late, they jeopardize (and hence
    forfeit their voucher) their riding time slot, as the ride out group may have already left with the guide/s.
    If the voucher holder is on an exclusive ride, the outride time will be shortened in accordance with their
    outride time slot.
    We HIGHLY recommend allowing enough time to get to the farm.
    If the voucher holder/s has made a booking with Alpha Equestrian, and then wishes to cancel and not
    reschedule the outride, a minimum of 48 hours notice, sent to 078 829 1480 or
    [email protected], is required for a full refund to be approved. This refund requires the
    voucher holder/s to contact Hyperli directly to organize the refund.
