The atmosphere and food and service was good. I'm disappointed the therapist, nosi for full body was just not in it. Seemed tired and moving her hands a elbow just to pass time. I didn't feel massage at all. But I enjoyed my foot massage and back and neck. Please ask your therapist to understand what massage needs especially full body cos that's all I needed most - 5/01/2025

I’ll start by saying the negative reviews are true. Having said that, the full day and half day packages are affordable and you get what you pay for. One can’t pay McDonalds prices and expect Marble quality. The trick is to go during the week when the spa is quieter. Yes, there are quite a few things that can be improved on eg. The notoriously old gowns and algae in the pool. I could list more issues but overall, based on what I paid, I got what I wanted - An inexpensive full day at the spa with six treatments, two meals, a relatively quiet and overall clean spa. If you’re looking for luxury high end quality and immaculate services, this spa is not for you. - 10/31/2024

Though this one doesn't top River Valley, the execution of the treatments and service is still on top. There is an added convenience of the location being within the Pivot. I came for a full day spa experience and left feeling happy. Treatments were fantastic, staff were friendly and everything went smoothly

My only complaint is that the boss of the Spa not be allowed to select music. There were like 10 songs selected which equaled a 1 hour playlist which was LOOPED for the WHOLE day. It dampened an otherwise amazing experience - 7/31/2023

Wow where do I begin. I got there in the morning and the welcome I got was so warm. Monica is such a darling with other managers. The therapist's name is Thabile, wow wow wow, from the 1st treatment I knew she was the one. She made my body sing with joy and relaxation. She is just amazing. The food was okay, the environment was out of this world. I also forgot my phone on top of the table and the lady who was serving us made sure that she finds me and brought it to me, I'm humbled and appreciative of what she did. I'm happy about the safety of our stuff, the rooms and noise level. I'm a very happy client - 7/31/2023

Read some of the other reviews after we booked so I was a little unsure of what we'd experience. But I was pleasantly surprised. First session was a bit rough on the shoulders but we all needed it! Second session was my favorite! The foot massage, Octavia was amazing, yes there's noise from the kitchen but it's not that loud at all. The food was nice. Waitresses and hostess was very attentive, last session was full body, hot stones and it was delightful. I do think session one should be shorter because our last session felt like it went by very quickly. Would have liked some more time on the full body
