How To Buy on FOMO?
1. Browse through the website and select the offer you wish to purchase and click ‘Buy Now’. You’ve now added the offer to your cart (top right)
2. You will then be redirected to your cart page, if you would like to add more products, Click “Continue Shopping” when your cart page is displayed
3. In the ‘My Cart’ section, you will be given a summary of your order. You will be able to review, remove and change the number of items bought
4. If you’re happy with your order, click ‘Proceed to Secure Checkout’ to proceed to the payment section
5. Enter you Name and Email in the spaces provided
6. Select your preferred method of payment (Credit Card, Snapscan, Instant EFT or Payflex)
7. Click ‘Proceed to Payment’ to complete the purchase
7.1 If you selected “Credit Card, Debit Card or instant EFT”, you will be directed to the Payfast gateway to complete your payment
7.2 If you chose “Manual EFT”, you will receive an email with our banking details, once you have made your manual payment into our account, please send the proof of payment to [email protected], and you will be issued your voucher
7.3 If you chose “Buy Now, Pay Later with Payflex”, you will be directed to Payflex to complete your payment , see here for instructional video
8. Once payment is received, you’ll receive your FOMO voucher via the email you provided (check your spam folder if not received)
Which Payment Methods do you accept?
We have 3 different payment methods you can choose from:
Credit Card/Debit Card, Instant EFT:
This option can be used whether you have a Credit or Cheque Card. Capitec Cards can also be used if the Global One function is activated at your nearest Capitec Bank Branch.
Manual EFT:
Manual EFT allows you to pay manually from your bank account to FOMO directly, once order is placed, you will received an email with our banking details, once payment has been made, you can email your proof of payment to [email protected]
Payflex:
Payflex allows customers to split the cost of the purchase up into 4 equal payments. No interest & No Fees.
Where is my Voucher?
Your voucher will be emailed to you once you have completed a successful purchase, please check your spam folder if you have not received it
How to make a Booking
FOMO does not handle bookings, you would need to purchase the voucher, contact details for the merchant will be on the voucher that is emailed to you.

What do I do with my voucher
Simply check the Fine Print of your voucher, it will tell you exactly what you need to know and what to do to redeem your FOMO voucher.
The Fine Print will give you the information you need to make contact with the partner offering you’ve bought.
I Want/Need a Refund
No Problem, provided you have not made a booking with the merchant for which your voucher was bought, you can email [email protected] and we will assist you with issuing you a refund
