One thing I noticed was that the staff weren't very friendly in the way they interacted with and spoke to us.
They did not introduce themselves before the treatment and during my foot massage, the therapist did not request that I do what was required e.g she did not ask me to lift my feet so that she could place the bowl of water under my feet and she did not advise when I could place my feet in the bowl, I had to sit there with my feet in the air and then ask her whether I could place them in the water.
Little things like this can easily be improved upon.
All in all it was a great day.

Atmosphere relaxing next to the fire place on the breaks..
Only off side.....take the shuttle if you do not have a
4 x 4...don't attempt to take your own vehicle , if it not high or 4 x 4 don't damage your car ...the road up is horrible and no one when booking warned ⚠️ us about the bad condition of the road.
Took us 20min to get there.... ...... ....... make a plan with the condition of the road ...you have the machines to do the job on the farm!!!!
Food and refreshments were top class. So were the staff, the full day's 6× treatments plus facilities.
(Uber & Bolt drivers were the only issues, being impossible to get a ride back to the city, forcing me to ride in a BMW i8 instead 😜)
