• A conservation levy of R 175 (per vehicle, per day for up to 5 days) is required when entering Bonamanzi Game Reserve and is not included in the accommodation rates. This levy is essential in the fight against chromalena, poaching, and to support the road and water infrastructure, in addition to many other activities that preserve the wildlife heritage of this park for future generations.
• All guests are required to provide a positive ID when checking into any accommodation establishment, and a copy of the ID document needs to be taken by the hotel. According to Section 40(1) of the Immigration Act, both parties (establishment and guest) can now be penalized for non-compliance.
• Should you wish to cancel your booking, you are entitled to a full refund more than 91 days prior to arrival, a 70% refund between 61-90 days prior to arrival, a 50% refund between 31-60 days prior to arrival and a 25% refund between 15-30 days prior to arrival. Should you cancel your booking 14 days prior to your arrival no refund will be issued. No shows forfeit the offer.
