Great place for both kids and adults to play in the branches. Varying degrees of difficulty, from yellow for beginners, through to red, which is pretty high, and really challenging. The support team are really great, giving you training on arrival, and highlighting the safety features/rules. The shade is great on a hot summer day, when it's still pleasant even at mid day. - 7/31/2020

Nice ropes place. Maybe needs little tlc but staff are nice and its 250 tand for 2 hrs of climbing. Good value. When in parking lot look toward clinic and there is side road to walk down or drive to another parking lot..my finger pointing to where you wntwr side road from main parking lot. 50 yard walk or less from main lot. - 7/31/2022

Friendly staff and fun obstacles for kids and adults. I absolutely loved it.
Would suggest you go with a friend for some help and company along the higher ranked lines such as the blue and red. We personally choose the red which allowed us to start with blue then move onto the red course.
I would highly recommend stretching and warming up before exploring 😂 it takes quite the strength and athletic ability to work through the red course.
It's a great way to have fun with friends and family, build bonds and great for team building. - 7/31/2022

Cons: 1.) The lady at the front desk is on such a power trip it ruins the outing from the get go. I've seen other reviews saying the same thing and why she is still there is puzzling. Our second time there in two years and her attitude hasn't changed...it really is a deterrent from returning.
2.) Understaffed. There were many stations left unattended which leaves you feeling uneasy especially with kids.
Pros: 1.) The workers assisting were friendly and helpful with the kids. One of the ladies made it a point to remember the kids' names and create rapport with them.
2.) The kids LOVE it. I had a 12 year old & a 7 year old that didn't wanna leave and asked to come back the next day 🙂
The concept of Acrobranch is a no-brainer, this place should receive 5 stars all round. All that needs to be done are the staffing issues, the front desk and some upgrades 👌 - 5/31/2025

Such a good experience and so much fun! Kids were flying through the different levels after being a bit scared at the beginning of the red route. Start with something easy if you plan on going and make your way up to harder levels. So much fun though and will definitely go back. Staff are very helpful too. - 10/01/2024

6 of us tried this from age 14 to 58. We did the green and red levels. Even though you know you're connected to the cable at all times, it still is pretty scary ! The 14 year old boy battled and he's not a sissy. The red course is tough and you can't get off at any stage - you would need to call the instructors to help you down. Only complaint I have is there are no drinks for sale and after 2 hrs of hard work, we were parched. The instructors were good and friendly. - 1/31/2025
