Should you request a refund within the 7 working day period, FOMO will issue you with a refund, However, if you redeem your Voucher during the Voucher Cancellation Period, you expressly request the services to begin being provided to you, and you acknowledge that you lose your right to cancel the purchase of the Voucher. 1. Browse through the website and select the offer you wish to purchase and click ‘Buy Now’. You’ve now added the offer to your cart (top right)
2. You will then be redirected to your cart page, if you would like to add more products, Click “Continue Shopping” when your cart page is displayed
3. In the ‘My Cart’ section, you will be given a summary of your order. You will be able to review, remove and change the number of items bought
4. If you’re happy with your order, click ‘Proceed to Secure Checkout’ to proceed to the payment section
5. Enter you Name and Email in the spaces provided
6. Select your preferred method of payment (Credit Card, Snapscan, Instant EFT or Payflex)
7. Click ‘Proceed to Payment’ to complete the purchase
7.1 If you selected “Credit Card, Debit Card or instant EFT”, you will be directed to the Payfast gateway to complete your payment
7.2 If you chose “Manual EFT”, you will receive an email with our banking details, once you have made your manual payment into our account, please send the proof of payment to [email protected], and you will be issued your voucher
