Century Lounge in Century City | A Succulent Seafood Platter for 2 Incl A Btl of Wine

It's a nice place for casual tea and catchup. There was a few birthday celebrations and a bridal shower. Seemingly a popular venue for high tea.

The place was busy, however feel that the service delivery could have been better and needs to be managed.

We had to wait a while for everything to a point that any passing waiter was asked to either bring plates, or replace our plates, or take our order for tea.

My Wife and I celebrated our wedding anniversary and Century Lounge made it extra special by its delicious food, both visually and by taste. The staff were exceptional, always making sure our table was clean and prepped for the next meal. The owner surprised us with a special treat for our celebration, which made our dinner date even more special.

Great ambiance, generous food portions. The service could be improved, both times I’ve been here I’ve had to wait for 20-30min for food and both times there’s always been something that’s no longer available from the menus and you’re essentially forced to order what’s left. - 3/03/2025 

High Tea as a birthday treat for my dad on his 99th birthday - staff were lovely and made a wonderful fuss of him - cakes were fresh as could be and delicious. - 7/17/2025

Disappointing first visit.the place is lovely. We entered and the waitress showed us to a table without welcoming us or asking any sorts of questions after we mentioned we made a booking.
She came back to us after around 20 minutes proceeded to ask for a voucher (fomo),still eithout even asking which name we booked under etc.
She then left with voucher without saying a word of what is to happen next . we waited a whole 40 minutes until we called Caroline (another waitress) to ask why we were waiting so long and what is to be expected since mo one welcomed us or informed us of how the high tea works. Caroline then very kindly assisted. First impressions last and im not sure if you guys have camera footage to see how bad ours was. - 12/31/2024 

Beautiful spot and lovely food. We were also treated to great live music. The artist had a lovely setlist. Their creative selection of mocktails was also a lovely surprise. - 3/03/2025 

Aesthetically pleasing. Unfortunately we had to cut our visit short due to cockroaches visiting our table and small flies sipping on our drinks. The waiter did however apologise for the unpleasant experience. The food was tasteful and portions were generous. - 5/01/2025 

Food was well presented and very tasty and the service provided was top class. We were abit disappointed as the website gave the idea that this is more of a formal restaurant but that was not the case. - 3/31/2025 

Food was very tasty! Unfortunately they don't serve cream with the scones, and you are given 1 plastic container of Butter and Jam on a side plate.A little bowl each of jam, butter and cream would bring just a little finesse to the experience. Our pots of tea, had the equivalent of exactly 1 cup of water in it, definitely was not filled to the brim, as a second cup of tea would have gone down well. Again, food was delicious, But I don't think we will do another Hi Tea here, which is sad, As the little changes that are needed, definitely won't cost a fortune, and would make a world's difference. - 5/01/2025
