K Beauty Spa | The Aloe Vera Spa Express Facial with Clay Mask and More for 1

Visited using a gift voucher I received for a 90mins Swedish massage. Was told that I needed to pay in an extra R200 because the massage package was purchased at R890 but themassage is now R1090.doesnt make sense since if you purchase a package by voucher it shouldn't affect the value of the package revived surely.

Other than that the setup is professional, welcoming, relaxing and clean. Service is quick once you've signed in and completed your personal details. My 90 mins massage was good, though for some reaps the massage only lasted an hour (60mins) and I was told that I can make of the sauna or steam room if I wanted too. I didn't press the matter as so had another engagement but I found that weird. Also since I effectively I ot paid R200 for the massage I didnt complain, however I'm not sure if this is their normal practice or if they just treat voucher customers this way. I would've been livid if I had to pay R1090 for 90mins and only received 60mins. That was the negative experience which reduced the number of stars. Would I visit again?! Maybe, if I received a great discount because it is a nice setup. - 8/04/2024

10 years later and even with the brand and aesthetic upkeep, always provided affordable but quality services. I cannot recall a single unpleasant interaction with the accommodating staff. Such an easy place to review. - 4/04/2025 

The day was early, work ended early, muffins and supper done early and then a msg to K Beauty Spa, early ofcourse resulted in Thursday date night (the promo fitting for the last minute request). A beautiful human splendidly and speedily assisted via WhatsApp and plans was in motion and then the time came, I was clearly over excited and the hubby very much surprised (honestly he needed it more than I did but shhh he doesn’t have to know this) it was truly amazing, calming and just wondrous. So friendly and accommodating. I was very late for my appointment due to unusually busy traffic in the CBD. They still managed to accommodate my massage and did such an excellent job too. I’ll definitely be back (but on time next time) and 10/10 recommend. - 11/04/2024

I ordered Sweden massage , which is well known as deep tissue massage because my muscles has tension . I also noticed before hand that I prefer it “hard”. What I had I would not call the massage , it was stroking , I asked the therapist to make it stronger because I literally don’t feel anything but seems she was just not able to do the massage.

My recommendation just not call Sweden massage what you offer to your clients to avoid disappointment. - 8/04/2024
