Such a warm welcome from the front desk ladies...

Had a perfect half day spa with my grandma and everything was as expected. I’ve been to a couple of spas but this one is the best I’ve been to. The massage therapists are all nice and do their job extremely well with a friendly smile, from foot massage, to full body massage I’ll give them 10 out of 10.

Since I’m a foodie, wow had the best tasty roti chicken wrap.. big up to those who prepare their meals, I was impressed.

I’ll start by saying the negative reviews are true. Having said that, the full day and half day packages are affordable and you get what you pay for. One can’t pay McDonalds prices and expect Marble quality. The trick is to go during the week when the spa is quieter. Yes, there are quite a few things that can be improved on eg. The notoriously old gowns and algae in the pool. I could list more issues but overall, based on what I paid, I got what I wanted - An inexpensive full day at the spa with six treatments, two meals, a relatively quiet and overall clean spa. If you’re looking for luxury high end quality and immaculate services, this spa is not for you. - 10/31/2024

It was done well. Had no issues.

Though this one doesn't top River Valley, the execution of the treatments and service is still on top. There is an added convenience of the location being within the Pivot. I came for a full day spa experience and left feeling happy. Treatments were fantastic, staff were friendly and everything went smoothly

My only complaint is that the boss of the Spa not be allowed to select music. There were like 10 songs selected which equaled a 1 hour playlist which was LOOPED for the WHOLE day. It dampened an otherwise amazing experience - 7/31/2023

I’m typing this while having lunch at the spa. I’m booked for a full day and listen I’ve had 3 sessions so far and let me tell you something, those were the best massages I’ve ever had in my entire life. I know the rest will be excellent as well. I would have loved to give this a 5/5 however the food is a let down. Breakfast is just muffins and muesli. I think it would be nice to have a selection of food to cater to those that don’t like sweetness for breakfast. Atleast try to add eggs and bacon for some of us that like a greasy breakfast. Lunch as well is a little disappointing, a chicken wrap I think
Some beef, potatoes and salads would have been awesome. Again a selection would be greatly appreciated. Maybe a buffet atleast? Other than that it’s an amazing place. 😊 - 3/03/2025

We booked a couples massage package. Booking was a little frustrating as we were given the run around in terms of which branch/desk to call and after about 8-10 calls, I finally made some head way and booked! A link was sent via email to choose the lunch options, gown sizes & to make payment. We were booked for a full day spa so the day started early around 7:30, we headed straight to the spa @ the pivot where we were seated, served breakfast & a hot beverage. About 1/2 hour later, we were given water bottles and some information on our treatments & shown to the lockers and change room where we were handed gowns & slippers to change into. We were taken to our treatments according to the schedule and it all went off very well. One must choose the massage strength on a review sheet to be presented at each treatment ie. gentle, firm etc. Lunch and dessert was served with some refreshments and wine. The treatment rooms are very relaxing, peaceful & calm. The ladies are very friendly & accommodating. Once treatment has ended around 16h00 you may dress up and hand in the sheets (review sheet) before leaving. The gowns are to be handed in but you may keep your slippers. The gowns do look tired and worn out and could do with a replacement. Overall awesome experience and we would return for sure!! - 7/31/2023

Don't come here if you're expecting the same vibe and serenity from River Valley Mangwanani Spa. With that aside you will have a good experience. The ladies were kind and professional. My partner and I were welcomed with drinks and a snack platter (too small) and thereafter received some of the best body massages ever, I requested light and that's exactly what I received from Popie. Grace was nice enough to answer all our questions. The dinner was also nice but again portion was small. The dessert didn't offer much variety except cake. The gowns were clean and fitting well.

The not so positives: Portion and variety of foods left me wanting.
There are not change stalls so you have to change next to complete strangers in an open area that's also used as a rest room. - 7/31/2023

The service was excellent, with refreshments provided during the 5-minute breaks. Both the floor management and therapists were highly professional and clearly skilled in what they do.
