Hello, my name is Gabriel, and I am an Italian Personal Trainer, in love with Fitness.
My journey into the world fitness began at a young age when I was introduced to swimming and water polo.
As I grew older, I moved into playing volleyball and exploring endurance sports such as running, cycling, and triathlon. However, it wasn’t until my 30s that I truly discovered my deep passion for bodyweight training, HIIT and functional training.
In my 40s, I stumbled upon Calisthenics, and it was a game-changer. The combination of bodyweight exercises, flexibility, balance, and strength training has transformed me, enabling me to become stronger and more agile than I ever believed possible.
Now, at the age of 49, I continue to progress and surprise myself with movements I never dreamed of accomplishing in my 20s.
It fills me with pride to witness my ongoing strength development, and I am eager to share my knowledge and experience to help others achieve their fitness goals.
