Waterfront Charters
A late afternoon cruise that allows guests to be back at the V&A Waterfront in time for evening adventures. With the bubbles of sparkling wine and superb views of the coastline from the Atlantic, it’s the perfect precursor to evening fun or the perfect ending to a busy day.
The Champagne Cruise is our second last Cruise of the day and returns to Harbour prior to the Sunset Champagne Cruise.
These pre-sunset Champagne Cruises are extremely popular as pre-dinner cruises. They are ideal for families who find the regular Sunset Champagne Cruise too late. Due to the fact that the Sunset Champagne Cruise departure times vary according to the season, the pre-sunset Champagne Cruises also have a variable departure time. Please check the schedule to ensure you are aboard before departure time.
Toast Table Mountain and the sunset from the deck of a choice of vessels with a complimentary glass of local sparkling wine for adult guests (a glass per adult guest). A cash bar is available for other drink requirements, including soft drinks. Kids are welcome and have special pricing options. Cape Town weather can change five times a day, so our sailing route from the harbour is not always predictable. But no matter which direction we take, be assured of a spectacular cruise that gets you back to the V&A Waterfront in time for evening festivities.

website for times. Both Cruises have various routing options taking into account different weather and can include a cruise across
Table Bay to Sea Point or into the expansive Historic Harbour and Royal Yacht Club.

Be assured that Waterfront Charters will always make every possible effort to ensure that the advertised vessel is available. Some Cruises do not have a dedicated boat for the cruise and rely on a pool of available vessels at Waterfront Charters to cover fluctuations in weather, seasonal passenger numbers and planned maintenance.
Greek Fisherman
Our new heritage- site home offers a large courtyard, centered around a fountain for al fresco summer dining. We offer fresh seafood and authentic Greek cuisine at its best. Operating since 1992, here you can taste the flavors of the Mediterranean; a wide variety of Meze, charcoal grills, tender Calamari and falling-off-the-bone roast Lamb. The modern decor is reminiscent of the Greek isles, blue skies and sunny days.

Inspired by Greece and the Mediterranean, The Greek Fisherman offers only freshly sourced modern-day seafood and grill dishes. Here, quality and consistency in execution of dishes is of the utmost importance – but above all – highlighting and celebrating that fresh seafood is key.
Enjoy a wide array of Meze including White bait, Haloumi cheese and grilled Octopus or choose from any mouth-watering homemade meat dishes such as Beef or Chicken Souvlaki (kebab). All bread is freshly made on the premises as are our authentic Greek dips.
The Interior is warm and inviting – reminiscent of a warm Summer’s day. In winter each dining room boasts its own fireplace. Why not come and take a seat in the courtyard or the upstairs dining room and let our welcoming staff take care of you.
