This was by far one of the most amazing experiences we have had on our massage journeys. From the booking, to the employees, to the atmosphere, to the massage, to the treats. Everything was just perfect. They were all so accommodating and friendly. The massage itself made me feel like a new person. It was 2 hours of absolute heaven. Above all we were gifted with a bottle of champagne afterwards. I will definitely be coming back again. - 3/03/2025 

We booked a couples massage and it was amazing! The massage therapists were phenomenal and the service was great. We were unfortunately late to our appointment due to unforeseen circumstances, but they were so understanding and so accommodating! Will definitely be back. - 5/01/2025 

Such a wonderful experience!! From start to finish everything was a breeze and such a pleasant experience. To make the booking we were provided with various time slots to select from and they sent a reminder the day before the booking. On arrival the ladies welcomed us and offered us beverages. Their service was incredible and all of them were sweet and professional.

The atmosphere in the rooms is so relaxing, the room is very clean and warm it really sets the mood especially with the lighting🤗.

Moving on to the actual massage, we reserved the 90 minute couples massage special and it was way beyond my expectations. They check in on you while they massage to ensure that the pressure is okay for you, they asked which parts you’d like them to focus on and the hot water bottle on the feet 🤗🤗 was perfect. I literally passed out.

After the massage they had clients but they made sure to send us a text thanking us and apologising for not being able to see us off which I thought was incredibly sweet and unexpected.

All in all, an amazing experience so thank you to all the ladies at the spa, you made my mom and her friend very 😊

I had a lovely experience with my sister. We received a very friendly, warm welcome upon our arrival. We were then offered some water. It would be great it there were more options even if it meant it being an extra cost. A glass of wine or a cup of tea would be. The attending masseuses then came to introduce themselves and asked how we would like the intensity of the massage to be and if there were any areas they should focus more on. Every single procedure would be described or explained before being carried out which is great communication. The overall service was excellent and I will definitely be making a return on a regular basis in future. - 7/31/2023

The full body massage was amazing 👌🏾. Rumbi and Vernn were just exceptional and made sure we were comfortable throughout our session. The facial really left my skin feeling soft. Overall, great work Reflections Day Spa! I highly recommend! 😊 - 1/01/1970
