I would have given it a five star if our tour guide was polite he was very rude treated us like kids did not even allow ourselves to take our pictures we saw how the other tour guides were with the other people they were having fun and all but us it was as if we were in school it was horrible but the experience was nice it’s just the tour guide please speak to them and tell them how to treat people some of us are coming from far not to be treated as he did - 12/29/2024

On the 15th of Feb, I was very dissatisfied with the level of professionalism of the Cashier lady that was very rude to us. She is Unfriendly and treats clients with little respect. Please address client engagement issues.

This was honestly such a nice outing. Making the booking was easy and straightforward. The staff were nice, and the guide guys did a good job. They took photos of whoever asked and were friendly. A special thanks to Lennon as well for the photos and videos he took to capture our memories, we love them.

The only reason I gave 4 stars instead of 5 - I would have loved to stop now and then to admire the views. There are some points while riding where you can see table mountain in the distance with all these amazing dunes surrounding you and it would have been great to just pause and take the moment in. Also there are some points where you're completely surrounded by the white sands, but since you're constantly riding its just a quick view. Of course the main point of this activity is dune riding and for that I give 5 stars without hesitation, but perhaps consider adding a 1.5 hr tour where you can use that additional time to 'stop and smell the roses'.
