We are now offering refunds on unused passes up to 30 days after purchase. 

We know that now more than ever, flexibility is key when you’re planning a trip. we listened to our pass holders and in a post-COVID-19 world, we want to give you greater security to make planning your getaways that much more enjoyable. That’s why we’ve introduced a brand new cancellation policy:

For all customers that purchase passes from March 31st, 2022 onwards, you can now obtain refunds on unused passes for up to 30 days after purchase, as outlined in our . If your request falls outside of this 30-day window, you will not be eligible for a refund but will have two years in which to use your pass. 

If you have any questions or would like a refund on non-activated passes, please contact our Customer Care Team via email and provide your order number for a refund.

Please note – activated passes are non-refundable. Visiting any attraction activates your pass.
