The Chef and Guests Experience
Chef and Guests is a Unique Experience all about amazing food and people.
It’s a stress-free Fine Dining Experience in the comfort of your own home (or exclusive venues) that enables you and your loved ones to enjoy a delicious gourmet meal prepared and served by your very own private chef.
- Our Gift vouchers cannot be redeemed or exchanged for cash.
- Our Gift vouchers are only valid in Johannesburg, Pretoria, Durban and Cape Town.
- Our Gift vouchers are only applicable to one dinner/lunch booking per voucher.
- Our Gift vouchers are subjected to the availability of chefs upon booking.
Cancellation
If you cancel your booking one week before the scheduled date, you will be fully refunded. If you cancel your booking between 72 hours and one week before the scheduled date, we will refund you 50% of the amount paid. There will be no refund if you cancel your booking less than 48 hours before the scheduled date. Please note that this refund policy with regards to cancellation excludes the Booking Fee (5%) which is non-refundable for any cancellation.
