1 You have a statutory right to cancel your purchase of the Voucher unless otherwise stated (non-refundable vouchers), within 7 working days after the day you receive your voucher via email (the “Voucher Cancellation Period”) provided your cancellation reason is not one of the below:
If your cancellation reason is one of the above, you will still be entitled to 1 of the 3 options listed below.
2.Should you request a refund within the 7 working day period and not form one of the above reasons, FOMO will issue you with a full refund you can do so by submitting a refund request to [email protected], However, if you redeem your Voucher during the Voucher Cancellation Period, you expressly request the services to begin being provided to you, and you acknowledge that you lose your right to cancel the purchase of the Voucher. Since FOMO is not responsible for the supply or provision of the Merchant Offering, once your Voucher is redeemed you are not entitled to a refund (in whole or in part).
2.1 If you cancel your purchase of the Voucher in accordance with this section 2. FOMO will refund you for all payments made as part of your purchase within 7 days of receipt of cancelation
2.2 If you wish to cancel your voucher after the voucher cancelation period has lapsed but within the validity period of the voucher (7 days from voucher being sent to you, you will be entitled to a credit for the same amount to be used on FOMO (Gift card codes have no expiry date until they are used to purchase a product).
2.3 If you redeem your Voucher, but the Merchant has not properly provided you with the Merchant Offering, or if you have a complaint regarding the provision of the Merchant Offering, you must take action against the Merchant directly. This is because the Merchant, and not FOMO, is responsible for the supply and/or provision of the Merchant Offering. FOMO only sells and supplies the Voucher. However, if you and the Merchant cannot agree on how to resolve the complaint, FOMO may, upon your request, try to help resolve the issue between you and the Merchant.
2.4 Any refund in cash will be refunded to you via your original method of payment. If your original method of payment has been cancelled, expired or has otherwise changed, you must inform the customer support team immediately – [email protected]
2.5 You have 30 days from the date you receive the refund to reject it. If you do not reject the refund during these 30 days, the refund shall be in full and final settlement of any and all claims you may have against FOMO related to, arising out of, or connected to that Voucher.
2.6 Should you cancel your FOMO voucher at any time after purchase, note that only payments made will be refunded and promo codes applied to that particular purchase will not be refunded.
2.7 Expired Vouchers: It is the responsibility of the purchaser to use the voucher within the indicated validity period. However, we will gladly extend your voucher where possible, if approved by the Merchant.
2.8 Validity of Vouchers: Vouchers validity for Booking will be stated on each product page and on each voucher, Ie 3 Months, 6 months or a static date will be provided, this is the amount of time you have to book with the merchant before the voucher expires
Please note once the voucher has been booked with the merchant, the merchants cancelation policy and validity applies

1. Browse through the website and select the offer you wish to purchase and click ‘Buy Now’. You’ve now added the offer to your cart (top right)
2. You will then be redirected to your cart page, if you would like to add more products, Click “Continue Shopping” when your cart page is displayed
3. In the ‘My Cart’ section, you will be given a summary of your order. You will be able to review, remove and change the number of items bought
4. If you’re happy with your order, click ‘Proceed to Secure Checkout’ to proceed to the payment section
5. Enter you Name and Email in the spaces provided
6. Select your preferred method of payment (Credit Card, Snapscan, Instant EFT or Payflex)
7. Click ‘Proceed to Payment’ to complete the purchase
7.1 If you selected “Credit Card, Debit Card or instant EFT”, you will be directed to the Payfast gateway to complete your payment
7.2 If you chose “Manual EFT”, you will receive an email with our banking details, once you have made your manual payment into our account, please send the proof of payment to [email protected], and you will be issued your voucher
7.3 If you chose “Buy Now, Pay Later with Payflex”, you will be directed to Payflex to complete your payment , see here for instructional video
8. Once payment is received, you’ll receive your FOMO voucher via the email you provided (check your spam folder)
FOMO does not handle bookings, you would need to purchase the voucher, contact details for the merchant will be on the voucher that is emailed to you.

Please note if you pay the merchant directly, you will have no claim or protection from FOMO in the event of a cancellation/refund or fraudulent deal
